Contract correspondence

Whenever during the performance of any contract instructions/orders are issued for the execution of variations, additional works, omissions of work, etc or potential conflicts arise, we draft such correspondence as is suitable – in the form and within the delays as contractually required: defences against claims, (counter) claims, guarantees, bonds, e.a. We do not mind complex files at all.

In the performance of our task we are complementary to the company as well as the site management of our principal.
