Risk Analysis

Imbrechts & Van den Nest perform, prior to the execution of your acquisition, venture or other (private, public, PPP, construction, demolition, sanitation, etc) project a preventive legal risk analysis.

Furthermore we review the offer(s), proposed/draft (sub) contracts, supply agreements, e.a. We analyze the scope of the works, the allocation of risks and liabilities, price en payment conditions, payment performance and other guarantees, bonds and other such securities as well as insurance requirements.

The result of our risk analysis will be reported and discussed in detail in order to contribute to a balanced (choice of) tender. Based on our experience we will be able to propose handy (text) amendment, variation, alteration, deviation, corrective and/or qualification proposals.
